MR SPA POLICY

Return & Cancellation Policy

  • All returned merchandise or cancelled order will be subject to a 20% restocking fee in addition to any shipping cost, and must be within 14 days. Special order, manufacturer-direct, custom and pre-assembled furniture is not eligible for return. All returned merchandises must be in original package and resalable conditions.

Installation & Assembly Policy

  • All Furniture will require assembly
  • All Massage Chairs will require installation on Tubs 
  • Electric outlets are not included for Nail Tables
  • Warranty will be voided if any modification and/or extra water and/or electrical components are being installed into Mr. Spa Inc. pedicure chair without Mr. Spa Inc. written consent and authorization that might cause leaking or electrical problems.
  • Mr. Spa will not be responsible for damages occurred as follows:
    • Damages on floors, walls, flooding and other existing constructions in Salon
    • Existing water plumbing pipes
    • All value items belonging to everyone in the shop (Salon Staff and customers, etc.)

Warranty Policy

  • All Furniture has no warranty under Mr. Spa, Inc.
  • Pipeless Motor has 24-month warranty under Luraco Technologies, Inc.
  • Pipeless Cover and Magna Pipeless Head have 12-month warranty under Luraco Technologies, Inc.
  • All New Massage Chairs and Pedicure Tubs have 12-Month Warranty under Mr. Spa Inc. which will cover ONLY for manufacturing defection and NOT for use damages.
  • All received merchandises must be checked and reported to Mr. Spa Inc. within 24 hours.
  • Clients must call Mr. Spa Inc before signing any document.

Payment Policy

  • Mr. Spa INC. requires at least 40% deposit when placing an order, and the remaining balance must be PAID IN FULL 3 business days before delivery or 5 business days before shipping (Excluding Weekends or Holiday)
  • Mr. Spa Inc. will only accept Cash or Cashier’s Check when the client Pay-off the balance at delivery (this condition is not applicable for shipping)
  • Mr. Spa DO NOT ACCEPT BUSINESS CHECK OR PERSONAL CHECK ON DELIVERY DATE
  • All payments by credit or debit card will be charged 3% for processing fee. Any returned check or non-satisfied check will be charged of $45.00

Warehousing

  • All orders will be ready to be delivered or shipped to customer within 3 months. starting from the date of full deposit.
  • Passing that timeline, should the customer need MR Spa Inc to keep the order in warehouse, the following conditions must be met:
    • After 3 months: additional payment that meets 75% of the order total
    • After 6 months: pay off the balance
    • After 9 months: $250 storage fees per month will be charged to client, payable before delivery or shipping

Delivery

  • All changes for a confirmed delivery date must be notified to Mr. Spa Inc. at least 5 days before the scheduled date. Otherwise. rescheduled delivery fees will be charged to Client.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be made in the same form of payment used for the purchase (check of over $250 will be refunded via a mail check to the customer). Refunds for credit card purchase will only be refunded to the same card used for the original purchase.
