Deposit Requirement

Mr. Spa INC. mandates a minimum 40% deposit when placing an order.

Balance Payment

The remaining balance must be paid in full at least one week before delivery (excluding weekends or holidays).

Payment Types Not Accepted on Delivery

SPA INC. does not accept business checks or personal checks on the delivery date.

Processing Fee for Card Payments

A 3% processing fee will be charged for all credit or debit card payments.

Returned Check Fee

Any returned check or non-satisfied check will incur a $45.00 charge.

Data Protection

Strict data protection guidelines are implemented to ensure confidentiality during transactions.

Receipts and Invoices

A detailed receipt or invoice will be provided for every purchase.

Payment Issue Resolution

In case of payment or billing issues, customers are encouraged to promptly contact Mr. Spa for resolution.
