Reporting Issues

Clients are responsible for thoroughly inspecting received merchandise upon delivery and reporting any issues or discrepancies to Mr. Spa within the first 24 hours. Please provide photographic documentation and additional evidential information when initiating a warranty claim.

Proper Care and Maintenance

Proper care and maintenance are essential to ensure warranty coverage. Please refer to the product manual for specific care and maintenance instructions.

Warranty Eligibility

  • Luraco Technologies, Inc. offers a 12-month warranty for the Pipeless Motor. This warranty covers any manufacturing defects that may arise within the first year of ownership.
  • Pipeless Cover and Magna Pipeless Head have a 12-month warranty under Luraco Technologies, Inc.
  • All New Massage Chairs and Pedicure Tubs have a 12-month Warranty under Mr. Spa INC. which will ONLY cover manufacturing defects and NOT for used damages.
  • The massage system contained within the massage chair is protected by a three-year warranty policy. This warranty exclusively addresses manufacturing defects and does not extend to damages incurred through usage.

Warranty Exclusions

The following items are not covered by the warranty:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Fabric or leather upholstery
  • Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, negligence
  • Unauthorized repairs and/or modifications

How to File a Warranty Claim
