Limited Warranty

Limited Warranty Not Covered
This warranty excludes customer installation, set-up, adjustments, and damage due to improper use or maintenance. It does not cover connection to improper plumbing supply or attempted repair by unauthorized personnel. External causes like accidents, abuse, misuse, electrical power issues, or plumbing system problems are not covered.
Unauthorized servicing and failure to follow maintenance instructions or install according to codes and ordinances void the warranty. Physically altered products or those without proof of purchase are not covered. If the issue is not covered, alternative fee-based service options will be provided.
