Shipping Policy

  • We offer shipping for all items.
  • Orders exceeding 7500 qualify for free shipping.
  • Shipping time for regular products is 5-7 business days; special products may take 10-15 business days.
  • Free pickup during working hours is available for your convenience.

Order Process

After you submit your order, a customer service representative will call you to confirm your phone number and address. They will also call you to discuss the final balance and payment method, and to schedule a delivery appointment.

Note: Customized items may have a longer handling time than other products.

Delivery Alterations

  • Requests to change the delivery date must be made at least 5 days in advance. Otherwise, you will be charged a rescheduled delivery fee.
  • Spa will confirm the delivery details with you and schedule delivery in a way that ensures efficient routes and on-time delivery.
  • Spa reserves the right to charge fees for last-minute changes and cancellations.

Returns and Cancellations

  • After 14 days, unreturned merchandise and canceled orders will be subject to a 20% restocking fee in addition to any shipping costs and expenses.
  • Special orders, manufacturer-direct orders, custom orders, and pre-assembled furniture are not eligible for return.

Return Eligibility

  • All returned merchandise must be in its original packaging and in resellable, unused condition.
  • Exchanges are offered for defective and/or damaged items within the first 24 hours of receiving merchandise.
  • Please include proof of purchase with your return.

Exchange Options

  • Exchange for the same product or service
  • Exchange for a different product or service (cost may apply), only if merchandise is returned in unused, original packaging.


  • If you are unable to receive your order or wish to hold it in our warehouse, the following conditions apply:
    • After 3 months: You must pay an additional 75% of the total order cost.
    • After 6 months: You must pay off the remaining balance and a $250 fee per month. This fee must be paid before delivery or shipping.
  • Spa reserves the right to update and revise this Warehousing Policy as necessary.

We will communicate any changes to you as we are committed to ensuring the safekeeping of your products until delivery or pick-up.
